When is Check-In/Check-Out time?

Check-In time is after 3 PM, and Check-Out time is 10 AM. No extensions or late check-outs are permitted due to cleaning services for subsequent guests.

Are Linens and Towels provided?

Guests must bring their own linens and towels, or rent them separately. The property supplies comforters and warming blankets. Bed configuration is one King, four Queens, and two Singles.

Do we have a coffee maker?

Yes — a Keurig single-serve brewer, two Hamilton Beach brewers (12-cup and 45-cup), and an espresso/cappuccino maker.

Is there parking?

The driveway accommodates 3-4 vehicles. Street parking is also available, with Sunday and Wednesday alternate-side parking rules.

Do we have beach badges?

Up to 10 seasonal beach badges are available for guest use, though not guaranteed. Guests should return them upon departure.

Is there WiFi?

Yes, free 5G high-speed WiFi under the network name MyLBIBeachRental, with password provided in the check-in binder.

How is the property cleaned?

The property is cleaned and disinfected, per CDC guidelines, before and after each rental.
