I can’t say enough good things about our stay in this home! It’s spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The house is just down the block from the beach, which is so nice! Also, there are many activities on the property itself. The ground floor has a pool table, ping-pong, bikes, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. There is ample seating both in the pool area and inside the home. The area itself is quiet, but a very close drive to many activities, restaurants, and a small amusement park. The host gave us many tips on places to eat in the area that were spot on! We can’t wait to book another stay for our family!

I took a family trip to the Jersey Shore and stayed at this wonderful home. The home was very clean and well-appointed. It was in a wonderful location with multiple good restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream shops. A short walk to the end of the street put us on the beautiful beach, no need to get into the car and battle traffic or find beach parking and pay high parking fees. At the end of the day, we especially enjoy having an Aperitivo on the rooftop deck and enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic. Great communication with the owner, very quick responses. We would definitely stay here again. We had a great time, 5 Stars!

Just returned from a week in LBI and this house was outstanding! Great location, quiet street and great proximity to the beach. The house is in exceptional condition and is spread out enough that our family of 9 never felt like we were on top of one another. We loved the many decks available, especially the one right off of the kitchen. The backyard is fabulous and the pool and hot tub were loved by everyone! Can’t wait to return next year!

Awesome beach house. The owners recently renovated this house that I’ve been coming to for years and it is fantastic.

There are so many different areas of the property to enjoy. The rooftop deck, the hot-tub, pool and grill area, and of course the main house with comfortable seating for large crowds.

It’s a short walk to the beach right down the block and the strip with restaurants and bars.

The owners were very responsive to all of our needs and easy to communicate with.

Overall, it had everything we could ask for. I highly recommend this property.

This rental was absolutely perfect for a week with the family.

The location is excellent, short walk to the beach, some good restaurants and shops, and a perfect area for riding bikes (4 bikes provided by owners)

Aside from the great location, the house itself is GORGEOUS. You can tell the owners put ton of care and style into decorating and making it feel comfortable and chic. There is lots of available parking, a great pool area with seating and grill, lovely porch off the kitchen and balcony off the living room, amazing roof deck, and plenty of room to cook in the kitchen with supplied devices.

Finally, the hosts themselves were communicative, easy to work with, and overall extremely pleasant. 10/10.

Eight of us spent a weekend at this gem of a property in September ’21 for a friend’s wedding. We couldn’t have been happier with the place and host, David, who was extremely responsive. We loved the awesome garage with beach gear (beach bags, coolers, chairs, bikes) and the fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor shower was a definite perk. The beaches of LBI are amazing and this cozy home is perfect for our family. Every year we are surprised and thrilled with the improvements that the owners make. We are so comfortable hanging out enjoying this home that we never want to leave.

We have already planned our visit for next year. The house is cozy, comfortable, clean, neat and very accommodating. The amenities are more than you will need. My kids love to hang out and play ping pong and have their own space while we enjoy a relaxing time on the outdoor patio.

Perfect home for a girls weekend!

The home was spacious and clean and had plenty of amenities! We definitely made use of the garage with ping pong table and all the beach supplies (coolers, chairs and toys)!

Having the grill was an added plus and made for a great dinner! Everything went smooth and the location to the beach and bar/restaurants/shops was ideal. Will definitely be considering renting again if our girls weekend ends up in LBI!

We grilled out back almost every night. The house is a very short walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive.

We booked this rental to attend a wedding on the island.

The home was spacious, clean and had plenty of amenities. Unfortunately it rained the weekend so we never got to go visit the beach but the proximity is fabulous for a summer vacation. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants.

We booked this home for a weekend in September for a girls weekend. With 14 adults, we were happy to say the house was bigger and more spacious than expected.

The house is clean, well kept, and a great place for a large group. It is 6 houses from the beach, close to wawa and acme stores. The yard was perfect and we just can’t say enough good things about the stay.

The owners were always available and responded promptly. A great place to rent anytime!

This house was exactly what we were looking for! Excellent location, roomy, and comfortable. We had 12 family members gathered for a birthday celebration.

The “garage” with ping pong table and frig was perfect for entertaining the wide range of ages of our family. 12 – 80 yrs. We were able to grill and all sit comfortably around the outdoor tables. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of cabinet space for food.

The bathrooms are beautiful. The owners are extremely attentive and easy to communicate and work with. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this home!

This property is wonderful. The home is a great size, comfortable, cozy and comes with pretty much everything you need. The house has two driveways, one on each side, making it very easy for multiple drivers to the one house.

The house is very close to the beach, making it convenient to go back and forth throughout the day for any needs. The rooms and beds are great. Two bedrooms are located downstairs. One has a Queen bed and the other has two singles. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One with three single beds and another with two single beds and a pull out within a sitting area. That room also has access to the sundeck, which point towards the beach.

The bathrooms are gorgeous and freshly renovated. There is a full bath with a tub downstairs and a full bath upstairs with a standup shower. And of course, there is an outdoor shower. The home even has a washer and dryer. Eileen and David were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We had no issues throughout the process.

I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. I hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Great Memorial Day weekend. We were two families with four children (ages 11-13). Everyone had a wonderful time. The home offered plenty of space to accommodate both families. Proximity to the beach was perfect as well as restaurants and shops.

Very pleased with our choice of this house. My favorite part was the great back yard with patio and the detached garage with ping pong, Foosball, couches and fridge.

Bathrooms in house were just renovated and are beautiful, clean and spacious. The whole house was clean. We used the living room one day due to rain and the TV was perfect to watch golf when we couldn’t go outside. Upstairs crows nest deck had a great view of in the area.

Neighborhood was perfect: A six minute walk to the beach right down the block. Beach was in great shape after all the work done post Sandy. Nardi’s restaurant and night club was only a four minute walk.

Overall, it had everything we could ask for. I highly recommend this property.

This was our fifth year staying at this home, and we love it. My granddaughter refers to it as our “beach house.” House has all the amenities you need with the beach 1 short block away.

Beautiful back yard with table/chairs for cocktails and meals and a hammock to lounge in. It’s perfect for kids of all ages 🙂 Eileen, owner, is very accommodating and easy to work with. Hope to be back next year!!!!

We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay at this lovely beach house. We had a total of 10 people and there was definitely room for everyone. The back yard is set up great, tables, grill, hammock, shower and a garage with games for the kids.

The house is well stocked with all the extras. The grandchildren did not want to leave so I told them we will try to come back next year.

The house location is perfect. Easy to the beach and easy to the local tavern: Nardi’s. Both within a very short walk. House had 8 beds plus pull out couch’s. Plenty of room. Great living room with big TV and dining area. Best part was the outdoor patio and separated garage turned into a rec room. Super place for BBQing and relaxing. I highly recommend this house for the amenities and the price.

The process to rent this home was ridiculously simple…the owner was very friendly and helpful. The home is great, a bunch of tv’s, a Ping-pong table and it sleeps a bunch of people quite comfortably. This house is close to restaurants and only a few houses from the beach…we will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this immaculate gem of a shore house was wonderful! It’s a quick walk down the block to the beach. Charming, very spacious and really clean, I felt like I was at home! Nice big windows allow for lots of sunshine to fill the house.

The Central Air was a big plus and the beds were very comfortable. There’s a nice rooftop deck accessible through a little sitting room upstairs, great to relax there after a day at the beach. It was very apparent there was no damage from Hurricane Sandy. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area and a supermarket very close by on the main road.

The backyard is nicely maintained with a large patio, BBQ, picnic table and chairs and outside shower. Driveway easily fit two cars. The owners provided a book of nicely detailed directions for the TV/Cable and other electronics in the house that made it so simple to use along with a variety of restaurant brochures. The washer/dryer is a thoughtful and convenient touch.

We had an absolutely fantastic time and are looking to come back again in August. We’ll be sure to recommend this home to our friends and neighbors, a definite must see/stay in LBI!

A perfect house for a group! Lots of rooms, just steps from the beach, great grill, outdoor shower and table for eating outside. We loved that we could hook up our ipod and hear music as we ate dinner outside with the great speaker set up the house has.

The house was very clean and welcoming. Eileen was very easy to work with and we had a wonderful time in LBI and would highly recommend this house if you have a group or big family and are looking for a cozy getaway where you can walk to the beach.

This is our second year back. Eileen provides a wonderful house in a central location: the neighborhood is quiet, and the house is conveniently one block to the beach.

The house is clean and fully equipped with kitchen utensils/small appliances, games, wi-fi, sirius, flat screen TV…even beach badges! You just have to provide the memories!

Our whole experience with this rental was wonderful. The owners of the house were so accommodating and consistently a pleasure to deal with. The house is on a lovely, quiet street where everyone cares about their property and the neighbors are glad to see you.

The house had all amenities you could need, in addition to ‘special touches’ from the owners- good wine openers, wifi, books, games, great welcome binder. We loved the garage and all the fun stuff found in there… We were a short walk to a beautiful beach and breakfast bagels with coffee, and a short ride to everything you could want.

We own a shore house and our kids liked this house better… What can I say? We loved it. Thank you Eileen and David!
