Meet The Owners

Hi, we are David and Eileen Seaman. We bought our LBI house back in 2011, and have been actively renting our property since that time. New Construction – We tore down and rebuilt in 2023.

Eileen grew up visiting LBI as a kid, and has been coming here for 50+ years, David for less, 35+ years. We are proud of our many 5 Star reviews during this time, and of our many repeat guests. So, please feel comfortable, and confident, in renting with us.

About Our Property

MyLBIBeachRental is a 6 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath, 3816 square foot home in Haven Beach, LBI, NJ. It is 6 houses from the Beach, and sleeps 12 comfortably. New Construction - The house was completely rebuilt in 2023. In addition, Haven Beach is generally considered, by far, the most desirable area of LBI. A very quiet area, yet close to everything.
