David and Eileen Seaman
Hi, we are David and Eileen Seaman. We bought our house back in 2011, and have been actively renting our property since that time.

Eileen grew up visiting LBI as a kid, and has been coming here for 50+ years, David for less, 35+ years. We are proud of our many 5 Star reviews during this time, so, please feel comfortable, and confident in renting with us.

About Our Property

MyLBIBeachRental is a 6 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath, 3816 square foot home in Haven Beach, LBI, NJ. It is 6 houses from the Beach, and sleeps 13+, comfortably. The house was completely rebuilt in 2022. In addition, Haven Beach is generally considered, by far, the most desirable area of LBI. A very quiet area, yet close to everything.
